Best aspects of my Christmas stay at this hotel were the exceptional service and cleanliness. The staff went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed and our room was not only spotless, but had strong wifi and a comfortable bed. the hotel's location next to scenic hiking and biking trails made for a wonderful outdoor adventure during our stay.

Worst aspects of our stay included the abundance of mosquitoes in the area. We were bitten quite a bit during our time spent outside.

The location of the hotel was perfect , quiet and away from the busy tourist areas. the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety for different diets, including freshly baked croissants. the rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The Wi, Fi did not work in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient. the sound isolation was poor, and noisy guests were a disturbance, especially kids running around in the corridors.

We had a fantastic night's stay at this hotel on our recent trip to Italy. the unique location was a highlight, allowing us to escape the crowds and enjoy a peaceful evening by the beautiful river canal. Our spacious room was immaculately clean, with air-conditioning that worked perfectly.

The sound isolation was a bit poor, allowing us to hear guests with children in the corridor.
